📅 Return period
You have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to request a return or exchange of any product.

🧾 Return conditions

The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items with signs of use, washing, or alterations.

🚚 How to request
Send an email to contato@hint.eco with your order number and the reason for the request. We will respond with full instructions within 2 business days.

💰 Refund
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method within 7 business days.

You can choose to receive store credit or exchange for another item available on our website.
